Terms & Conditions

• Prices quoted are in US Dollars, are listed by the Villa Owners, and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a deposit or payment has been received, the prices will not be amended for the dates of the rental.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars unless an exchange rate for other currencies has been agreed on prior to the payment being made.

Payment Policy:

• 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• Balance 50% to be paid prior to arrival.
• Any extra consumption is to be paid directly to the hotel prior to departure.

• All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by the reservations team.
• Cancellation prior to 30 days is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation between 15 to 30 days is subject to 75% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation between 1 to 14 days subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• 21st Dec 202X to 10th Jan 202X bookings will be deemed as non-refundable.

 

No-Show Policy:

• No-shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% fee for off-peak and 100% for peak on the full rate for the entire length of stay.

Deposit Policy:

• A 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Child Policy:

• 0 to 5 Years children can share their parents’ beds and meals on a complimentary basis.
• 6 to 11 Years Sharing parents’ accommodation on a complimentary basis and meals applicable 50% on the Adult meal rate.
